At The Pilates Loft, our mission is to empower each individual by enhancing and developing greater self-confidence through mindful movement. Through Pilates, we foster an environment where clients can connect to the beauty that resonates within, strengthening not just the body, but also the inner self.

Our goal is to guide each person toward discovering newfound freedoms in their body and self, cultivating greater mobility, strength, and confidence. By engaging the brain along with the body, we create a space for holistic growth, helping our clients feel lighter, more aligned, and more capable in both their physical abilities and everyday life.

Meet the owner

With a passion for movement and body awareness, Monika is the founder and sole instructor of The Pilates Loft, a private Pilates studio dedicated to helping individuals regain mobility, strength, and body confidence. She received her Comprehensive Pilates Certification in 2009 in La Jolla, California, and has been teaching ever since (16 years!), empowering clients to feel their best both physically and mentally.

Monika believes in fostering a deep love and appreciation for the body and all it can do. Through her teachings, she creates a fun and supportive environment where clients can feel motivated and inspired to reach their full potential. By focusing on the recruitment of the right muscle groups for each movement, she helps her clients progress in strength, stamina, and flexibility, advancing their physical capabilities and enhancing their overall wellness.

Whether you’re aiming to improve posture, reduce discomfort, or build body confidence, Monika ensures that each class delivers a full-body workout while engaging the mind.
